Rachel Breeden
I am based in Lansdowne, PA (just outside of Philadelphia). I specialize in retro-inspired art and illustrations. You can visit my website at Circa78designs.com. As a child of the late 70s/early 80s I was raised on a steady TV diet of Children’s Television Workshop programming that sparked my life-long obsession with bold graphics, bright colors, and supergraphic stripes. I live in Lansdowne, PA, a town just outside of Philadelphia with my partner Russell and the head of the household: our chihuahua, Cooper.
I’m a self-taught artist and a bit of a late bloomer art career-wise; I didn’t begin working in design until my mid-30s when I learned Adobe Illustrator and everything finally just clicked. My current obsession is making my work move —most of my free time is now spent watching After Effects tutorials and absorbing everything I can about motion design.
