Place the jar in a water bath set to melt the goose fat. Remove the goose thighs and the fat. Preheat the oven to 375 °F (175 °C). Reheat the thighs uncovered for about 30 minutes. Then broil it for a few minutes until they are golden brown.

Serve with hashbrowns potatoes with the goose fat.

Ingredients: goose thighs, fine goose fat, salt, spices.
