Terms and conditions
- The competitor must be based in Canada and be a retailer or authorized distributor.
- The competitor's price must be in Canadian dollars and be valid on the date of purchase or within 15 days of your purchase.
- The lowest price must include all fees charged by the competitor for an identical product: same brand, size and product number.
- The product must be in stock and immediately available for sale at both the competitor and at RoseWillie.
- If you have already completed your purchase, we will refund the difference directly on the customer's credit card.
- Competitor pricing or printing errors.
- Competitor prices on products that have been discontinued, used, refurbished or damaged.
- Competitor liquidation or going-out-of-business sale prices.
- Special prices offered to the competitor's employees.
- Prices posted on bidding websites.
- Competitor prices offered for Black Friday, Cyber Monday or Boxing Week sales.
- Prices posted on going-out-of-business or discount websites.
- Competitor discounts applicable to various products at once, without the discount being attributable to a particular item, including but not limited to "buy more, save more" discounts.
To request a refund, please email us at info@rosewillie.com. Your email must contain a link to the competitor's product(s) that clearly indicates the product, brand, product number and price so that our team can determine the price difference, taking into account the other fees charged (taxes, processing fees, delivery fees, etc.). Refunds will be issued within 48 business hours.
The terms and conditions of our Best Price Guarantee are applicable as of September 1, 2021 and are subject to change without notice.
